Under the amount of posts you have you will see "Reputation" and the number of Reputation points you have. You will get + points if a user likes one of your rps or GFX or posts on the board, and you will get - points if a user dislikes one of those.
On the side of a users post you will see
+

Click the + if you like it, and click the - if you don't.
